  • *Registration DOES NOT include travel, accommodation and visa expenses

Cancellation/Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued after 11 September 2025.
  • Substitutions are permissible with written approval by the event organizers.
  • Cancellation requests received by 11 September 2025 entitles registrants to a full refund of the registration fee minus US$50 for processing.
  • Notify Anneke De Klerk at aklerk@seg.org immediately to request a substitution.
